A2P compliance message

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply send a text message with the word "STOP" to the short code. By sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscription status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. To rejoin, subscribe as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

Provision of Services

Balance Business Services LLC offers professional services in tax, bookkeeping, notary public, business registration, payroll, Google reviews and immigration forms support.

Our services are performed as responsibly, accurately and confidentially as possible, following the applicable regulations in the state of Connecticut.

2. Scope of Services

Balance Business Services LLC does not provide legal advice or representation before immigration or judicial authorities.

Our role is to assist in the preparation and review of documents, providing administrative, accounting and documentary guidance.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information and documentation provided by the client is handled in strict confidentiality.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

The documents provided by the client will be used only for the purposes of the contracted service.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policies

  • Services must be paid in full at the time of appointment or prior to final delivery of the work.
  • In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, an administrative fee may apply.
  • No refunds are given once the service has been completed.

5. Client's Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing truthful, complete and updated information.

Balance Business Services LLC is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete data submitted by the customer.

6. Communications

By contracting our services, the client authorizes Balance Business Services LLC to communicate by electronic means (mail, WhatsApp or phone calls) for informational and administrative purposes.

7. Applicable Legislation

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut (USA).

Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the corresponding local jurisdiction.
